Enables OpenAI TTS (tts-1-hd). Speaks the language of the text natively — best Norwegian quality. Free tier: pay-as-you-go. Get key at platform.openai.com. Takes priority over Azure and ElevenLabs.

OpenAI Voice Microsoft Azure Speech Key Fallback

Native Norwegian neural voices (nb-NO-IselinNeural etc). Free tier: 500k chars/month. Sign up at portal.azure.com → Create resource → Speech → Free F0 tier. Used if OpenAI key is not set.

Azure Region Azure Voice ElevenLabs API Key Fallback

Used as fallback if Azure is not configured. Free tier: 10k chars/month (premade voices only).

ElevenLabs Voice ID

Default: Sarah. Change via voice picker on voicetest.php.
